Very annoying! This is the most horrible shopping experience I have ever had, the staff is so rude, doesn't listen or pay attention to customers, just does what they like. This shopping experience made me feel so bad, so bad that I have no inspiration to come here again!

There were 4 sales staff and only 1 cashier although there were 2 counters. They all were trying hard to discuss the free gift for the person in front of us for 10 mins while the rest of us were waiting. We were in a rush and could miss our flight and refused to let us pay while they talked.
