Love the gifts here but I had the worst service when I made my purchase on 30th Jan 2026, 6.20pm, served by a young Chinese man. I said hi when I wanted to pay. He just left me standing there doing his own stuffs without saying anything. Isn’t this place supposed to leave good impression to tourists visiting Singapore.

The souveniers are super cute, however the staff attitude is abysmall. I was at the checkout in the middle of making a purchase while the checkout girl was flirting with a group of men there. I really like the gifts there but it was so off-putting.

The gifts were nice, but one of the staff at the souvenir shop spoke rudely when I simply mentioned to my friends that the checkout was slow. I was just letting them know why it was taking some time, but the words “don’t be rude” from the staff were quite unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.
