It was my first time visiting this shop. I wanted to ask the staff which item is the best seller, but both of them were busy chatting with each other and completely ignored me. They even went on to serve the next customer — so rude and unprofessional.

I'm so glad that they have a shop inside the departure hall, but I was disappointed as I almost missed my flight because of the long queue. I felt bad for the Auntie who was doing all the work by herself. I hope the management adds more staff to improve customer service.
