Disappointing experience! One of the worst Fun Claw outlets I’ve visited. The claw strength feels set to the weakest level. At other outlets, the claw can at least lift the toy into the air, but here it barely has enough strength to even pick it up. It feels impossible to win. Don’t waste your money here.

Bought and inserted tokens in 5 claw machines and none worked AT ALL. At 9pm changi. If their claw game is closed close the entire shop instead of cheating people to change token. Incredibly scummy.

It can't hold the plush toy properly; the clips have no strength. Even if the toy is caught, the clips jerk and drop it back down.

All the claw games are horribly rigged. The claw is set to drop the item as soon as it raises it up. I've played a lot of these games. This one is a complete scam!!!
