The salesperson (Arif) took the time to understand my preferences and recommended shoes that were both stylish and comfortable within my budget. They were patient, answered all my questions about sizing and materials, and never made me feel rushed. It was a great shopping experience!

Visited the jewel store outlet on one of the weekend evening. The person at the store, Arif is very welcoming. I took some time there finding a pair of shoes that is suitable for my outdoor lifestyle. Arif is dedicated and patience with a positive attitude in reaching out when needed. After referral from my friend about Ecco's shoes, I got my first pair at the Jewel's retail store. Thank you for the warmth attentiveness of the staffs here. Grateful to have William who patiently explaining about the differences compare to my usual go-to brand. Definitely will be back for more comfort pairs in future.
