Visited the store on the evening of 28 June, around 8.30pm and was assisted by a Chinese female staff, for 3 pairs of kids’ shoes. She was extremely patient, helpful, and attentive, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you very much for the wonderful service!

First time at this outlet on 1 Mar and found that the staff there were unhelpful. From observations, there were not many customers and unfortunately the only staff that was helpful was a part time staff (assuming shirt in black is PT). Philippine female staff requested to assist was pretty passive condescending.
