Really sweet and helpful staff! They help you with the sweetness level of each drink ordered so that it doesn’t end up too sweet or bitter. I go there every week for their hand-blender matcha which tastes so smooth. So much smoother and higher quality compared to Starbucks or Luckins. Highly recommended, good cozy spot to hangout with friends or family on a chill day. Good range of matcha options and other lattes.

Blueberry white chocolate matcha latte, 0% sugar, was not overly sweet and really enjoyable. Portion was worth it for the price. Couldn't really taste the white chocolate tbh, so wouldn't mind if it's omitted. …

This is a nice place to stop if you're shopping at jewel and need a tea break - the decor was cute and service was prompt, lady at the counter was also helpful with recommendations. The banana pudding was delicious and a good size that was more than enough for 2 pax. The drinks though are a little too pricey considering the size/taste.

Staff taking order at the counter was very unclear and held up the queue. At the Keong Saik outlet, they had a better ordering system via QR code. Here, regardless of dine in or takeaway, you had to queue. Drinks were nice and value for money though.

Visited Creamy Sippies on Monday, 9 February around 8pm and had a really good experience overall. The Filipino guy who served me was very friendly and welcoming, and the banana pudding matcha latte was superb—really loved it. …
