The toilets are clean, the airport is clean and the air conditioning is cool. The airport staff gave good advice...many stores to walk-in!

The only reason why I rate 5 is because of Pia Kim. If it wasn’t for Ms Kim, I would rate the SATS staff assisting with check in at the SQ self-checkin a zero. This male staff was absolutely rude. He may be a Chinese national (no disrespect to the PRC) but he is working in Singapore now.
