Pathetic service . The store shut before time . We were there 10 mins before shutting and the person said they have closed the system ! The people were also rude . Did not expect this service from Charles and Keith

This store doesn't even deserve 1 rating extremely rude staff the boy in the counter Mathew and even the middle aged female staff in store the most impolite behaviour Charles and Keith don’t let such staff ruin your brand name orchard ion store have the best staff and terminal 3 changi has the worst ever I have witnessed till date

Little crowded , place and small store but good price and variety. The brand is specially from Singapore so must buy if you come across Singapore

Extremely rude boy on counter... Firstly didn't accept Dhs then started inspection of each and every bill. Slightest of wrinkle or line or stain bill was rejected.same bill was accepted in Gucci next store.
