Staff is very rude, they showed lot of attitude, I have faced it not ones but twice. I would like the company to take strict action against them in changing airport terminal 1. I have never faced such thing with the other outlets in Singapore.

Staff is not trained well and lazy. Am asking with a photo of Charles & Keith bag, the staff just reply no no no. Should actually provide service to check which branch got stock. The shop is empty and I am the only customer.

Poor online customer service. The shipment process takes far too long, 12 days and still waiting for the parcel. I really don’t understand why this brand still uses Skynet for delivery. Worst courier ever!! 😡😡 …

I just bought a wallet, when I got home I moved my ATM card and some money and saw that it couldn't be closed... the button didn't work... I really really regretted buying it and I will not buy this brand again for fear of product failure.
