Very good!! The tea was amazing and everyone is so friendly!!! It was my first time abroad and I was scared if my card will actually go through but they were very friendly and allowed me to try it once!! Love it! ☺️

Tea latte was good. Some seats by the ordering area and some behind the stairs. Easy to order via counter, website (qr code), or app.

Fast & efficient. You rowed this taste and flavour fork Chengdu to Singapore. Never disappointed me. T2 Departure area is small but you’re sipping tea anyway. :)

Our drinks were made quickly and the service was exceptional! We were made to feel comfortable with the ambience and smell of the place. I’m not too sure the Chagee guest experience leader name was but she was amazing, made sure that we had an easy experience and delivered our drinks to us. Keep up the hard work!
