hands down our fav hotpot place. we’ve tried alot of other ones but always end up coming back here. absolutely love the broth n the service. the yuzu ice dessert that they always serve at the end of the meal is my fav!!

Food at BITP is always good. Paradise Group nails it every time! But I’m so appreciative of MeiMei who provided us with such great service. She helped my family take photos, clear the table for cake cutting and even did balloon sculpting for the kids (of which she had to watch a youtube tutorial to learn on the spot). incredible!

Absolutely loved our meal at Beautiful in the Pot! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were so warm, thoughtful, and attentive — their excellent service made our lunch even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best hotpot experiences I’ve had, especially their Lalapot!

Service at this outlet is excellent. we are at this outlet to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I like the idea that they have complimentary dessert as well as cake for birthday celebrations. . Staff at this outlet is friendly and they go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome and at home!
