Great pandan waffles, and nice choice of viennoiseries and pastries, including Japanese-inspired (red bean anpain, Japanese style brioches) and European pastries (scones, special breads...). Also a choice of biscuits we didn't try.

Review of Bakery Cuisine I’ve visited this outlet several times, and one recurring issue is the consistently rude and unfriendly service. Staff often appear impatient and dismissive, which makes the experience unpleasant. This seems to be a management and training issue rather than an isolated incident. Another concern is the staffing composition. I’ve noticed a very high number of foreign part-time staff, including from Malaysia and Myanmar. This makes me genuinely curious how Bakery Cuisine is able to obtain so many quotas for foreign hires, especially when many Singaporeans are actively seeking jobs in the retail and F&B sector. This is not an accusation, but a fair question on hiring priorities and transparency. If locals are available and willing to work, it would be good to see businesses give them more opportunities while maintaining proper service standards. Overall, Bakery Cuisine needs to seriously improve staff attitude, training, and accountability if they want to retain customers and public trust.
