Terrible service!! I went there to order waffles around 12pm but the Malay staff told me not yet because she hasn’t finish her work. She is doing the packaging and there is no people queuing for the waffles. How could you reject your customer order because you haven’t finish your work?

Wanted to buy a waffle at around 730pm on 8th July but was told that there was none. You stop selling when your store has at least 3 hours before closing. That is way too early an unacceptable.

The aunty serve me at Changi t3 Kopitiam on the 2/ June around 4 pm was rude and unfriendly. Terrible service. The staff there need training, perhaps they should change them …

Please teach your staff how to make waffles in proper way … not even fully cooked they just take off and filling up the chocolate, give it to me it caused me stomach pain really bad service

There's 1 aunty given the old age doesn't really give customer service, didn't ask me to stay one side nicely & do my order wrong & had to wait again. Then when ready called me hello. Should send her for customer service class.
