Bloody ridiculous, a big airport like Changi and nobody at the T2 A is counter. Really disgusted. Waited 20mins, then left. Thanks for nothing!

Convenient pick up and drop off, best rates, clean car in good condition, friendly, flexible and helpful staff — there is nothing even half bad to say about Avis and the team at Changi airport. Will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in town.
