Huge thanks to Janson and another wonderful staff at the entrance area of Apple Store Jewel for their kindness and professionalism. We walked in without any appointment, and despite how busy the store was, they took the effort to squeeze us in and assist us. My colleague was extremely anxious as her Apple ID was locked, and they were very patient, reassuring, and efficient in helping us to get the issue addressed. Truly appreciate the excellent service and empathy shown — this kind of experience really reflects what great customer service is about. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier 🙏
