The steak we ordered was initially so well done, it turned into congratulations. When we asked for a replacement steak, it was so raw, I could hear the cow's ghost mooing at me. Worst Andes outlet so far. Never had an issue with the steaks at Woodlands' outlet.

Tried one of their 20th Anniversary deals at this outlet. Given a built-up of queue, staff service was prompt & polite. The Grillworks chicken with selection of 2 sides tasted nicely done. Appreciate the free drinking water at self-service counter.

The food portion was pretty decent and filling. However, it wasn’t as good as expected. The food tasted pretty bland and diluted, particularly the pasta. The only saving grace for the meal we ordered was the chicken. I just hope they could add more seasoning and flavor to their food.

Portion is small but most of the staff specifically Sam is really kind and friendly and accommodating. For mains I recommend if you get steak ribeye or ribeye xtra cut and sides baked potato and tasty rice which taste not too bad. The food is not too bad and they have excellent customer service. will come back again
