We really enjoyed the lounge and the food here. Drinks were also available, though I didn't find many choices for beer. The lounge was good and clean, and the staff were very nice. I especially dealt with Girish, and he was very accommodating and friendly.

Lounge looks good on entry and that’s where it ends. The chipolata sausages, scrambled eggs and roti are dry, cold and bland. Congee has no flavour whatsoever. I ordered sunny side up fried eggs which were decent. Really poor “food” ☹️

Pleasantly surprised by the ambassador lounge. Usually the SATS lounges at changi are crowded and noisy. Visited on a weekday afternoon and it was calm. High ceilings. Decent food selection and showers. Pretty good for a general access airport lounge.

Nice lounge but few high table area. But there's a lot of small tables with seats in between. Food are all halal. Delicious and enough choices before our flight. There's smoking section just outside the door as well. The welcoming staff are very friendly and they will informed us if our gate are open for boarding.
