Purchased a sun glass in September , all the screws and rivets come off within a week, poor quality , happened to visit them again this week, they didn’t replace the faulty sunglasses or repaired the existing either.

Would like give thanks to the wonderful and helpful staff Stella who helped me with a mini crisis with my reading glass. I approached them to explain the screw came off and one temple was dislocated. Without question, Stella helped me to find the right screw and fix my glasses back! What a lifesaver! Thanks Stella!

The staff here are extremely attentive. We had an issue with our sunglasses that we purchased here prior to returning to the States. Thankfully, the staff were able to coordinate with a branch in the States and let us pick up our replacement here!
