Was at Prada terminal 2 Changi Airport 12.35 pm 31st march. Wanted to buy a bag but staff CHELSEA refused to entertain me with my questions. Very dreamy mode and looks uninterested to serve. Just staring at the air and day dreaming. Very sad and felt insulted . I left
